Returns & Exchange
Damaged Returns:
Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damages. However, if your package appears damaged, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT, please contact supon@suponenterprises.com or call 905-479-9245. Who will, in turn, instruct you to the proper procedure.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, Supon Enterprises will gladly give you a full refund or exchange. Simply return the product within 15 days in its original condition and packaging along with the orginal receipts. Hardware and Software in it's oringial condition 15 day return policy.

Shipping Errors
In case of shipping errors: However, if the item you?re received in your package is different then the item you ordered, make sure not to open the inside packaging please contact Supon at supon@suponenterprises.com or 905-479-9245 and give them your order number. They should verify and direct you on how to handle this return and replacement.

Defective Items
All items that we sell come with a valid warranty from the manufacture. We offer a replacement policy to any product up to 30 days from the invoice date on your order. Items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only. All returns must be freight prepaid; the replacement will be shipped out freight free to you.

Other Returns
Shipment of a product is as advertised in our catalog section. Upon receipt of merchandise inspect product carefully. Should you find that the product does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at once at: supon@suponenterprises.com or 905-479-9245.

In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues, we offer a Returns & Exchange Policy. You can return or exchange any product up to fourteen days from the invoice date on your order.

No Returns on:

• Blister-packed items once opened.
• Special Order merchandise.
• Computer products or software once opened.
• Printers once ink cartridges are installed. 
•  All consumables, including but not limited to record able media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, CD/DVDs, etc.

All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards. Otherwise we will need to charge a 15% restocking fee based on the value of the item, as they are received by us.

Warranties
Supon Enterprises Supports the products it sells, through the manufacturers supplied warranties. The complete warranty is included with the product; warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. All new products carry a minimum of one-year warranty direct from the manufacturer.

All merchandise is sold "as is". Supon Enterprises makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system down time, lost data, etc. the disclaimer by Supon Enterprises in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty.

Product Availability / Price Fluctuation
Since Manufacturers constantly update their product, and may change at any time the availability of particular models. Supon Enterprises makes every effort to keep ample amount of stock for the items advertised. In the unlikely event that we cannot replenish the stock due to discontinuance of the product. We will advise you through E-mail and offer you a comparative product without obligation to purchase. Our prices are as advertised unless there is a remarkable change from the manufacturer to our cost, or sometimes it's just a server or typography error, which would cause us to change the quoted price. Should we get special deals from the manufacturer with discounted prices we will pass these on to you for additional savings on our already low advertised prices.
